Includes condominium units, clubhouses, garages, landscaping, monuments, walls & fencing and much more
General Liability
Generally including injuries that occur on premises, injuries sustained as a result of actions or negligence of employees, property damage caused by employees, advertising injury (slander or false advertising)
Worker's Compensation
Covers employees for injuries and illness sustained during course and scope of employment, including coverage for medical bills, disability, rehabilitation and recovery, partial missed wages, funeral costs and survivor benefits.
Directors & Officers
Our homeowners association insurance and condominium association insurance offerings provide protection for directors and officers for judgments and settlements resulting from negligence or breach of duty to organization; protection for organization's leadership against legal proceedings and liability as the result of employment suits.
Fidelity
Provides protection against employee theft and embezzlement, included in many of the association packages provided by ADV Insurance Agency.
