Provides protection against employee theft and embezzlement, included in many of the association packages provided by ADV Insurance Agency.
No two insurance offerings are the same, which is why we take time to identify appropriate kind and size of insurance coverage required then go above and beyond to include the following:
- Attendance at HOA board meetings at which we can answer any and all questions posed by unit owners and property managers regarding coverages, companies, trends in the market, etc.
- Attendance at Property Manager staff meetings upon request
- Provide articles, documents and other resources to educate Property Managers and association boards about any updates pertinent to the association at large
